
I highly recommend the program to everyone out there as: it not only helps to know what we want out of life to feel that peace and contentment inside but also to prioritize our life based on our realistic goals, that is an ongoing process. The exercises given during the program clarifies our insight to what we want out of life at an individual level to identify our own strengths, weaknesses and needs, as well as what hinders our minds and how to overcome our obstacles to set us free to actualize our potential.
The ‘Life Goal Program by Tracy’ gives self realization and helps us to reflect on our true values and potentials to self fulfilment.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programme
If you’re suffering from stress, anxiety or depression and aren’t quite sure where to begin with at-home techniques and exercises to reduce the impact these have on your day-to-day life, then a programme like Tracy’s Kiss MBSR Programme is ideal. It’s an ideal programme to get you started and to have something to look forward to each week.
Some of the techniques explored in the programme I was already aware of i.e. heard of them or tried them out for myself. However, despite that, Tracy had a different way of explaining the techniques which helped me understand them better. This meant I’ve benefited from the techniques more so after this programme than I was before.
I’ve enjoyed the weekly themes of each video: Autopilot, staying present, and how to use your learnings to deal with the future to name a few. Tracy takes the time to address each theme and how the exercises go hand-in-hand with them.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programme
I wanted to give this program a try so I could introduce my audience to another method to help them manage stress and cope with anxiety and other mental and physical health challenges. I began this program with an open mind.
I am a certified yoga teacher so I assumed I would cover a lot of the material that I had covered in my yoga training – and I did. BUT, there were a couple of concepts that I have not actually practiced yet and I really did enjoy so I will keep them in my toolkit from this point forward.
There were some really great things I rediscovered through this MBSR program that I can use to build even better habits. As I’m grinding throughout the week – running my businesses, running a household, being a Mommy, being a wife etc. I can get so caught up in my daily activities that I don’t even stop to just BREATHE mindfully.
So one benefit of this program is that it actually made mindfulness part of my to-do list. I will also say that for those of you who don’t spend much time practicing mindfulness, this program can be so very beneficial. And it gives you key tools that you can use throughout your entire life. So in my opinion, it is worth it for this reason alone.
