Hi, I’m Tracy Kiss

Born and raised in the beautiful English countryside, I studied psychology, sociology and philosophy as a student and built a fascination for the mind and communication at a young age. I experienced my first publication for poetry at the age of 12yrs as a positive form of self-expression which later evolved into journalism, media and marketing.

My roots in life have nurtured an innate passion for health and fitness for which I have written for worldwide publications as well as qualifying as a personal trainer and nutritionist specialising in plant-based transitioning.

In 2017, after having my two children, I competed in natural bodybuilding in the UK, as a vegan, and became a professional athlete achieving my physical best with my mind and soul soul shortly to follow.

During the 2020 Covid pandemic I put quarantine to good use to further my qualifications, becoming a yoga instructor, meditation teacher and life coach specialising in neuro-linguistic programming, stress based mindfulness reduction, the law of attraction, relationship psychology and public speaking.

In the 34yrs of life that I have been blessed to have had so far, I have had my fair share of heartache, health scares, obstacles and challenges; raising a young family alone whilst overcoming bullying, abuse and the devastating loss of a child.

At present I have a network of almost 5 million social media followers from across the world and share the message of love, light and positivity for the body, mind and soul in all that I do. I hope to make a heartfelt positive difference to those who need it most by being the change that I wish to see.

Life is such a beautifully rewarding and breathtaking experience when we are free to be our authentic selves and have optimum mental, physical and emotional health with positive relationships and effective communication with others.
