WHAT IS MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION? (MBSR)
I am very excited to bring to you this programme which is centred upon reducing stress and improving your mental health and wellbeing. We all lead such very busy, stressful and negatively-charged lives which can have such a detrimental affect on our mental and physical health, relationships and quality of life.
